Refund Policy
Page credits
Unused page credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent on a transcription, translation, or scholar report, they are non-refundable because the underlying AI processing has already been performed.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded. If you were charged in error or believe your plan renewed unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
Failed or incorrect processing
If a page fails to process due to an issue on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. If you believe you were charged for output that did not deliver, email us with the job or invoice ID and we will investigate.
How to request a refund
Email support@arabist.io from the address on your account with your invoice or receipt number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
