Data we collect

• Account data: email, authentication identifiers.
• Uploaded manuscript images and the AI-generated scholarly output.
• Credit balance, daily counters, request timestamps, and logs.

AI processing

Uploaded images and text are sent to third-party AI models via the Lovable AI Gateway solely to produce transcription, morphology, glossary, translation, bibliography, and catalog records. We do not use your uploads to train models.

External references

Citation searches are performed against CrossRef's public REST API. Only the anonymised keyword query is sent.

Retention & rights

Jobs and pages remain in your account until you delete them. You may request deletion at any time.

Test environment

Arabist is an experimental workspace. Payment flows are wired against sandbox / test providers only. Do not upload confidential material during this phase.
